Saturday 22 August 10am to 1pm – Cyanotype Workshop with Tom Moore
Slindon wildlife photographer Tom Moore included ‘cyanotype’ work in his exhibition & talk in May – an early photo technique from the 1840’s. Working in a small group (max 12), this workshop will enable you to create your own (up to 4), using a range of techniques  – no previous experience necessary.
The cost  is £45 and includes all material (including high quality paper and brushes etc)

Wednesday 9 September 7 for 7.30 – Gig Night
Local folk duo Oman Dawn and Mica Bernard will perform. Amy Dawn is known for atmospheric, evocative folk music featured on her debut album Near From Goose Town. Mica Bernard is acaptivating acoustic artist praised for a cool, calm stage presence and soulful style

Saturday 3 October – Harvest Supper
The village Harvest Supper is organised by, and in aid of St Mary’s church, Slindon, and held at Coronation Hall

Saturday 17 October – Quiz Night
The next of our ever-popular Quiz Nights Licensed bar. Tickets £15 including supper

Christmas is a special time at Coronation Hall, with lots of lovely festive events including a Christmas musical play, film, carol singing and  Christmas decoration workshop. Come back for more details about the full Christmas programme but here are some details about two…….

Thursday, Friday & Saturday 3-5  December – Slindon Players ‘Jingle Bell Rock”
Festive musical – a romantic comedy musical set in a fictional Slindon pub! Tickets £10 – click here for more details and bookings

Sunday 13 December – Christmas decorations using natural materials
Door wreaths, table decorations and much more. A joint event with St Mary’s church. Time and price to be advised.
